Job Description:

Detailed Job Description:

·         Seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Workday HCM and related modules.

·         The candidate should have hands-on experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Finance modules.

·         Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, integrations, and stakeholder management.

·         Strong knowledge of Workday best practices, end to end business processes, troubleshooting, and implementation support projects is required.

·         Experience with custom reports, XSLT transformations, and Workday Studio integrations is preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

·         SAP HCM Payroll

·         Compensation

·         Time Management
