Job DetailsEngineering Manager - Job Description
Engineering Degree or equivalent years of experience
Modular Construction experience preferred, but not mandatory
3+ years working in a Management capacity - role will have 2 direct reports
- Strong leadership and team oversight, including the ability to guide, mentor, and develop engineering staff
- High level engineering judgment, with the ability to review and interpret plans, specifications, and structural calculations
- Deep understanding of engineering standards and building code requirements to support decision making and ensure compliance
- Workflow and project management, including prioritization, quality control, and cross department coordination
