Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, North Americas. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The role includes driving the sales process end-to-end, collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions, and analyzing market trends to stay competitive. The ideal candidate will also oversee reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Hunting, Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Experience with Sales Forecasting, Reporting, and CRM tools
- Knowledge of IT Consulting, Recruitment, or related industries
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
