Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python AI Engineer with 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Python, strong exposure to modern AI frameworks, and experience working in production-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI/ML models and solutions using Python
Build and optimize data pipelines for large-scale datasets
Work with LLMs, NLP models, and deep learning frameworks
Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and product teams
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills

15+ years of overall IT experience with strong Python expertise
Extensive experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, and NLP
Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Google Cloud Platform / Azure)
Experience building REST APIs and microservices
Strong understanding of data engineering concepts

Preferred Skills

Experience with LangChain, vector databases, RAG architectures
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Prior experience in enterprise-scale AI implementations
