# Role: AI Talent Researcher

We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals who are interested in US IT recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, AI hiring, and working with modern technology talent.

Job Details:

## Location: Remote - India

Preferred Tier-2 cities:

Vizag, Vijayawada, Warangal, Indore, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Kochi, Mysore, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Surat, Vadodara, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhopal.

## Shift - US EST overlap required (Evening/Night shift IST)

## Experience

0-3 years preferred

## Responsibilities

* Source candidates using LinkedIn and job portals

* Screen and coordinate candidates

* Work on primarily AI related roles, cloud, software, and IT roles

* Maintain candidate follow-ups and pipeline

* Learn modern recruiting and AI hiring practices

## Requirements

* Good English communication

* Strong work ethic and ownership

* Interest in recruiting and technology

* Comfortable working remotely

* Willingness to learn

## Compensation

* Fixed salary + performance incentives + placement bonuses
