Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Program Manager III (Staff Level) to lead high-impact, large-scale technical programs with a focus on Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and commercialization initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in complex environments and can drive end-to-end execution across cross-functional teams.

As part of the Transformation and Program Management Office, you will play a critical role in shaping scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization to influence strategy, mitigate risks, and ensure successful program delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end business and technical program outcomes with clear, measurable impact.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across multiple domains, ensuring alignment despite competing priorities.
  • Drive complex, cross-organizational programs including enterprise platform enhancements and customer-facing product delivery.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs, and track program performance to ensure continuous improvement and business value realization.
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, enabling effective decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain deep technical insight into solutions, proactively identifying and resolving dependencies and risks.
  • Facilitate design discussions, including technical trade-offs and fit-gap analysis, to drive optimal solutions.
  • Introduce and scale program management frameworks, tools, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs and strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including VP-level leadership and above.
  • Strong expertise in Business Platforms, Enterprise Systems, or Commercialization processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including deal operations, is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in fit-gap analysis and driving technical design decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex and ambiguous challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with cross-system integrations and automation across business-critical workflows (e.g., quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, invoicing).
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Salesforce CPQ and related systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of compliance, access control, and secure integration practices in enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
