ServiceNow Architect

The SA will own platform design across the ITSM workstreams, with primary responsibilities including:

•        Authoring Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for platform features and configurations

•        Driving TDD reviews and securing approvals through the Architecture Review Board (ARB)

•        Leading design decisions in alignment with ServiceNow best practices and client requirements

•        Serving as the ServiceNow design authority within a three-party delivery model (ServiceNow owns design; SI owns delivery

•        Coordinating with SI delivery leads to ensure design intent is accurately implemented

•        Engaging directly with customer stakeholders on design direction and platform decisions

•        Supporting BPC activities, including requirements gathering, business process discussions, process-to-platform alignment, and translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

•        Collaborating with BPC, technical consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure functional and technical requirements are aligned.

•        Supporting documentation, design reviews, workshops, and other activities required to move the workstreams forward.

Candidate Profile :

•        Strong ServiceNow ITSM platform knowledge

•        Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality TDDs and navigate ARB or similar governance processes

•        Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and BPC-related activities.

•        Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-party engagement

•        Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent ServiceNow credibly with a sophisticated client

•        Experience in co-delivery or SI partner models preferred
