Summary

Overview:

Dynasty Financial Partners is hiring a Junior Salesforce Administrator. This individual will provide hands-on administration and support for the Dynasty CRM Platform, helping our Network Partners get the most out of the technology that runs their business. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of Salesforce administration experience who wants to grow their skills supporting a large, evolving CRM platform used across dozens of client firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public group management across the Dynasty CRM Platform

  • Build and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow Builder automations, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support Network Partner business needs

  • Maintain data integrity across the platform, including data cleaning, deduplication, and enrichment

  • Provide first-line troubleshooting and support for Network Partner users via ticketing, email, or phone, escalating complex issues as needed

  • Assist with testing and rollout of new Salesforce features, updates, and releases

  • Maintain documentation on Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices

  • Coordinate with Dynasty's broader CRM and Support teams on cross-platform projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience required

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, including Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards

  • Experience managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce

  • Salesforce Administrator certification a plus, but not required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Experience working with large data sets, including data cleanup and enrichment

Successful candidates will:

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy across the platform

  • Communicate clearly with non-technical users, translating Salesforce functionality into simple, actionable guidance

  • Manage multiple tasks and requests across different Network Partner firms simultaneously

  • Think proactively to identify configuration improvements and data quality issues before they become problems

  • Be eager to expand their Salesforce skill set, including declarative development and automation

  • Be willing and flexible to travel onsite to client offices nationwide as needed, approximately 20% of the time
