Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior Technical Lead / Technical Architect who brings deep engineering expertise, system-level thinking, and strong technical leadership. This is not just a developer role the ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of architecture, performance engineering, and hands-on coding.

The role demands ownership of complex, high-performance systems and the ability to guide engineering decisions while actively contributing to code and design.

Core Technical Stack:
Primary Language: C# / .NET (strong coding depth required)
Cloud: AWS hands-on understanding of services, architecture & deployment models
Caching: Redis, EHCache, or similar distributed caching technologies
Database: Strong DB fundamentals, query optimization, indexing strategies, performance tuning
Architecture: Multi-layered application architecture & distributed system design

System & Performance Expectations:
The candidate must have proven experience building and optimizing:
Low-latency systems (20 25 ms response time range)
High-volume / high-throughput processing systems
Multithreading & concurrency management
Performance tuning at:
o Code level
o Query level
o Caching layer
o Network / connectivity layer

Engineering Depth Required:
The client is looking for someone who can go beyond surface-level development and:
Read and analyze core framework libraries
Understand internal interfaces and code structures
Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks
Design and optimize caching strategies
Understand node architecture and inter-service connectivity
Work with concepts such as:
o Lazy loading
o Streaming control
o Efficient data flow patterns
o Memory and resource management

Role Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Guide 1 2 engineers or independently own critical components
Hands-on Development: Deep coding, debugging, and performance analysis
Problem Solving: Strong root-cause analysis mindset
Architecture Decisions: Evaluate AWS vs alternative architectures
Ownership: Long-term commitment and system accountability
