- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA/HMI systems with PLC-controlled manufacturing lines, enabling real-time monitoring and control.
- Conduct real-time troubleshooting of SCADA, HMI, and PLC systems, reducing downtime by quickly identifying faults in control logic, communication, and system architecture.
- Execute root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring automation and SCADA issues, implementing long-term fixes to improve system reliability and availability.
- Develop and validated control strategies and supported SCADA system configuration and testing, including simulation-based validation for critical applications.
