Job Description/Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Leadership, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
- Experience supporting healthcare technology initiatives, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, or health information systems.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system implementation methodologies, and enterprise application architectures.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, interoperability concepts, and system integration practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and modern application technologies.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements within healthcare environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with government agencies, healthcare organizations, Medicaid programs, or public sector initiatives preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure environments and Azure DevOps preferred.
