Overview:



  • The Full Stack Developer will analyze business needs and develop technical solutions that enhance systems, processes, and overall business operations.

  • This role partners closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions aligned with organizational strategy.

  • The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work with a high degree of independence.


Responsibilities:



  • Gather and analyze business requirements (objectives, features, inputs/outputs) and translate them into technical solutions

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom code solutions aligned with business initiatives and corporate strategy

  • Utilize approved development tools and technologies to build scalable applications

  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test cases, scenarios, and validating results

  • Partner with project teams to coordinate and execute software releases into testing and production environments

  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions

  • Participate in cross-organizational initiatives related to new systems, products, and services

  • Create and maintain documentation across all phases of the SDLC

  • Contribute to knowledge management and documentation for developed solutions

  • Analyze system performance, workflows, and operational efficiency; recommend improvements

  • Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision-making

  • Develop and document technical designs, including data, workflows, interfaces, and system integrations

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements

  • Partner with business units and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions

  • Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps, including corrective and preventative actions

  • Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful project execution


Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, or related technical roles within enterprise environments


  • Strong experience with modern development technologies such as:




    • C#, .NET, React, JavaScript

    • SQL, MongoDB

    • MuleSoft

    • Azure Cloud




  • Proven experience developing end-to-end custom solutions

  • Experience modernizing legacy systems into newer technologies

  • Ability to build solutions in environments with limited or no documentation

  • Experience working across development, testing, and production environments

  • Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing practices

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and statistical methods

  • Ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis

  • Experience leading projects and collaborative teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong documentation, research, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences


Desired:



  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools

  • Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments
