Overview:
- The Full Stack Developer will analyze business needs and develop technical solutions that enhance systems, processes, and overall business operations.
- This role partners closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
- The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work with a high degree of independence.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements (objectives, features, inputs/outputs) and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom code solutions aligned with business initiatives and corporate strategy
- Utilize approved development tools and technologies to build scalable applications
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test cases, scenarios, and validating results
- Partner with project teams to coordinate and execute software releases into testing and production environments
- Monitor implementation progress and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Participate in cross-organizational initiatives related to new systems, products, and services
- Create and maintain documentation across all phases of the SDLC
- Contribute to knowledge management and documentation for developed solutions
- Analyze system performance, workflows, and operational efficiency; recommend improvements
- Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision-making
- Develop and document technical designs, including data, workflows, interfaces, and system integrations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements
- Partner with business units and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions
- Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps, including corrective and preventative actions
- Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing end-to-end custom solutions
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into newer technologies
- Ability to build solutions in environments with limited or no documentation
- Experience working across development, testing, and production environments
- Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing practices
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and statistical methods
- Ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Experience leading projects and collaborative teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong documentation, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
