Key Responsibilities- Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform repairs efficiently and accurately
- Complete routine maintenance services (oil changes, inspections, basic repairs)
- Use diagnostic tools and service information to identify mechanical issues
- Follow manufacturer standards and industry best practices
- Document work performed and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to support operational quality and customer satisfaction
Skills & Competencies- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle operation
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Time management and task prioritization
Preferred Focus of Study and/or Experience- Automotive Technology
- Automotive Dealership or Independent Shop Experience
Certifications / Licenses- Valid Driver's License (required)
- ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
