Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst (Workforce Software & SAP SuccessFactors EC)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and hands-on Senior Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex Workforce Software (WFS) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. In this role, you will partner directly with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate intricate labor policies, collective bargaining agreements, and HR requirements into robust system configurations and streamlined global workflows.
This is a high-impact technical consulting role for an enterprise specialist who excels at cross-functional delivery. You will drive WFS and SuccessFactors implementations, build data pipelines and business rules, manage rigorous testing cycles (SIT, UAT, payroll parallel), and ensure seamless integration across payroll, benefits, and third-party applications. Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Configuration
Workforce Software (WFS): Lead end-to-end implementations of WFS Time & Attendance, Absence Management, integration interfaces, and reporting solutions tailored to complex labor policies and compliance requirements.
SuccessFactors Employee Central: Configure and support Employee Central foundation objects, employee data models, business rules, workflows, event reasons, position management, and security roles.
Global HR Lifecycle: Support core employee lifecycle events including Hire, Rehire,
Transfer, Global Assignment, Job Changes, and Leave of Absence management.
Integration & Data Flows: Collaborate with integration teams to maintain data replication and bi-directional interfaces between SuccessFactors EC, WFS, SAP ECP Payroll, Benefits, and external platforms.
Testing, Quality & Deployment
Testing Execution: Design and execute configuration validation, Unit Testing, PIT, SIT, payroll parallel testing, and UAT cycles; manage defect tracking and triage.
Data Conversion: Support Employee Central and WFS data conversion, mass uploads, reconciliation, and data validation activities through deployment phases.
Cutover & Hypercare: Contribute to cutover planning and execution, support production readiness reviews, and deliver comprehensive post-go-live hypercare support.
Process Optimization: Conduct strategy workshops, facilitate end-user training, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Baseline:
oMinimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance and Absence Management solutions.
oDirect experience supporting implementations across the USA and Canada.
Technical & Functional Mastery:
oHands-on experience configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central foundation objects, employee data, workflows, business rules, event reasons, and position management.
oFamiliarity with SuccessFactors EC Time Management concepts (work schedules, holiday calendars, absence processes).
oProven experience managing integrations linking WFS, SuccessFactors EC, payroll systems, and third-party vendors.
oDeep exposure to structured project delivery frameworks (Agile, SAP Activate).
Core Competencies: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels; proven ability to meet strict project deadlines under pressure.
Preferred Attributes
Active certification in Workforce Software Time & Attendance configuration.
Experience supporting multi-country or global rollouts beyond North America.
