Senior Associate (multiple positions)
Join Grain Management LLC in New York, NY to analyze investment opportunities including financial modeling, valuation and return analysis for private equity investments, conduct market and industry research and transaction due diligence. Position requires: Bachelor\'s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative field plus at least 2 years of experience in investment banking, investing, or management consulting involving: (a) analyzing investments and performing financial analysis, financial modeling (including drivers-based operational builds, financing structures, merger analyses, and investment vehicle structuring), investment model development and management, and valuation/ return analysis); (b) digital infrastructure deals (including but not limited to fiber, data centers and towers) and Spectrum-related transactions; including some experience with FCC systems and data sets and reviewing FCC records for comparable transactions.
