Description:

End-to-End Project Lifecycle: Manage the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of payment-related projects, including onboarding clients and internal digital transformations.
Switch & Card Management: Oversee the delivery of solutions for ATM Switch, Card Management Systems (CMS), and fraud detection modules.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all deliverables adhere to PCI DSS, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022 messaging protocols.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams (DevOps, Architects) and business stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Finance) to align project goals.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track resource allocation, and conduct financial analysis to ensure project viability.
