Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Serve as a local point of contact for assisting users with questions, training and reporting needs, technical issues, and improvement ideas.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of part numbers and SKUs.
- Champion integrated processes, streamlined data flows, and value creation across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP system aligns with business processes and goals.
- Identify and implement ERP system improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support and training to ERP system users.
- Assist in regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a relevant field. We are willing to consider related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with at ERP in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Deltek ERP is required.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, including data management, reporting, and system configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
