Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Application Developer to join the Application Development Team, supporting customized applications built around the PeopleSoft Financials Suite and integrations with external systems.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain customized PeopleSoft applications and integrations.
• Work extensively with PeopleSoft Application Designer, Application Engine, and SQR.
• Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher.
• Design, develop, and support integrations with external systems using REST services.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL queries.
• Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver application enhancements.
• Support application development, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of relevant application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining Application Engine programs.
• Hands-on experience with SQR for PeopleSoft.
• Experience with BI Publisher for reporting.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft applications with external REST services.
• Strong SQL development skills, particularly Oracle SQL.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials Suite.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with Phire migration and version-control tools.
