About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to help drive enterprise reporting, analytics, process intelligence, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) initiatives. In this role, you will partner with business and technology teams to design scalable data solutions, build executive-level reporting, and deliver insights that improve operational performance and decision-making.

You will leverage Power BI, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), BigQuery, and advanced analytics techniques to develop end-to-end data products, including KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, Statistical Process Control (SPC) reporting, and automated data pipelines.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in business intelligence, cloud data engineering, statistical analysis, and stakeholder engagement to transform complex data into actionable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions for executive and operational audiences.
  • Build data models, semantic layers, KPIs, calculated measures, and visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Create interactive reporting experiences that highlight performance trends, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize dashboard performance, refresh strategies, and user adoption.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Establish reporting standards, documentation, and governance practices.
Data Engineering & Cloud Analytics
  • Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines within Google Cloud Platform.
  • Develop ETL/ELT processes that integrate data from enterprise applications, APIs, operational systems, and third-party sources.
  • Build and optimize data solutions using BigQuery and other cloud-native services.
  • Implement monitoring, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Optimize cloud data architectures for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architecture and platform teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
Performance Measurement & KPI Analytics
  • Partner with business leaders to define and operationalize enterprise KPI frameworks.
  • Develop executive scorecards and operational performance reporting.
  • Create leading and lagging indicators across productivity, quality, throughput, cycle time, service-level performance, exception rates, process efficiency, and operational risk.
  • Drive metric governance through standardized definitions, reporting methodologies, thresholds, and performance targets.
Statistical Process Control & Process Intelligence
  • Develop SPC reporting and monitoring solutions supporting HITL and operational process management programs.
  • Design control-chart visualizations and process monitoring capabilities, including X-Bar, Moving Range, P-Charts, C-Charts, and U-Charts.
  • Identify process variation, performance trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement automated alerting and threshold monitoring based on control limits and business-defined targets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through root-cause analysis and statistical insights.
Advanced Analytics
  • Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, statistical modeling, and operational assessments.
  • Identify emerging risks, process bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations based on analytical findings.
  • Support initiatives related to process intelligence, automation, AI operations, and observability.
  • Participate in Agile planning, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience developing business intelligence and reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • 3 years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with:
    • Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
    • DAX and Power Query (M)
    • SQL and data modeling
    • BigQuery
    • ETL/ELT development
    • Data integration and transformation
  • Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise-scale reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), AI Operations, Process Intelligence, Automation, or Digital Transformation programs.
  • Experience implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and control-chart reporting.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement frameworks.
  • Experience developing KPI scorecards, performance management frameworks, and operational health dashboards.
  • Experience with Python, APIs, Git-based version control, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality best practices.
  • Experience with process mining, observability, workflow analytics, or automation platforms.
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
