Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP AFM/MRO Consultant with strong knowledge of SAP MRO processes and hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of both business and technical aspects of SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on end-to-end SAP AFM/MRO implementation projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and support SAP AFM/MRO functionalities based on business needs.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.
Participate in testing, issue resolution, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Identify process improvements and recommend effective SAP solutions.
Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills:

5+ years of SAP AFM/MRO experience.
Strong experience with end-to-end SAP implementation.
Good understanding of MRO processes and business requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Techno-functional experience is a plus.
Experience integrating SAP MRO with other SAP modules or external systems is preferred.
