Strut Daddy?s Complete Car Care is a fast-growing, high-volume, full-service automotive repair shop looking to bring on an experienced A Tech or a strong B Tech ready to level up.

What You?ll Be Doing
We need a tech who can confidently handle:
- General diagnostics and drivability issues
- Brakes, suspension, steering work
- Engine performance and repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting
- A/C and cooling system repairs
- Routine maintenance and inspections
You?ll stay busy with a strong, consistent car count and a steady workflow?no chasing hours here.
Pay & Compensation
- $35 ? $45 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
- Overtime available
- Expected Comp: $70K base at MLAP, up to $100K+ total
- Strong earning potential based on production and efficiency

What We?re Looking For
- A Tech: 5+ years of experience with strong diagnostic ability
- B Tech: 3+ years of experience with solid mechanical skills
- Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Pride in quality work and attention to detail
- Valid driver?s license and basic personal tools
