Data Product Owner to support four data squads and drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable data products across our retail, digital, and supply chain ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who excels in agile environments, understands data platforms deeply, and can influence teams to adopt best practices.
What You'll Do- Lead alignment across sprint reviews, QA processes, and release management
- Support PI Planning, backlog intake, and cross-team coordination
- Oversee day-to-day execution and standards across four data squads
- Manage data product roadmaps and governance, including data quality and data glossary
- Own schema and permission management within Unity Catalog
- Partner with teams using Azure, Databricks, Jira, and Confluence
- Support retail spine operations and help kick off supply chain initiatives
- Collaborate closely with retail, eCommerce, and digital product teams
Must-Have Qualifications- 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong data product management experience
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Databricks, and Unity Catalog
- Background in grocery retail preferred; eCommerce/retail required
- Agile experience and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Nice to Have- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
- CSPO or Scrum Alliance certification
- Familiarity with common coding languages (e.g., SQL or Python)
