✔ Hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing migrations (data & configuration)
✔ Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and workflows
✔ Experience with Duck Creek customization and integrations
✔ Strong experience with SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Database Management
✔ Experience troubleshooting billing and migration-related issues
✔ Strong communication and documentation skills
✔ Agile/Scrum experience

⭐ Preferred Skills:
➕ Experience with Duck Creek Policy, Claims, or Customer modules
➕ Experience with ETL/Data Transformation processes
