Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Databricks Administrator with strong knowledge of Snowflake, ETL processes, and Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, securing, and optimizing the Databricks platform while supporting data integration and analytics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the Databricks platform, workspaces, clusters, and compute resources.
  • Manage workspace configurations, user access, permissions, and security controls.
  • Monitor platform performance, resource utilization, and operational activities.
  • Manage Unity Catalog, cluster policies, and access control.
  • Support Snowflake integration and data warehouse operations.
  • Support ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and data processing workflows.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to support reporting and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance and cost.
  • Implement best practices for platform governance, security, and availability.A
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in Databricks Administration / Platform Administration.
  • Experience with Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong SQL and Python knowledge.
  • Experience with Unity Catalog, cluster management, and access controls.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure Databricks.
  • Knowledge of data governance and platform security.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms.
