Job Description
- As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will facilitate requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and conflicting business practices, proposing alternative solutions to complex cross-functional problems.
- Act as a senior member of a project team, ensuring timely delivery of user improvements and enhancements by effectively employing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of Business analysis experience
• Experience conducting interviews or JADs (Joint application development) with stakeholders and developers to refine requirements
• Able to execute test matrices
• Banking background is preferrable
