Summary
Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Lisle, IL (4 Days Onsite per week)
Long Term Contract
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate SAP functional, technical, business, integration, data migration, and testing teams.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, data migration, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Develop and track cutover plans and ensure business/technical readiness for go-live.
Manage vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and governance activities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
7 8 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP implementation lifecycle.
Experience managing SAP implementation, migration, rollout, or transformation projects.
Good understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes.
Experience with cutover and go-live activities.
Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, and issue management skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP / SAP Activate certification is a plus.
