You will work with ODM manufacturing partners and cross-functional engineering teams on factory readiness, process optimization, capacity expansion, and new product introduction projects .What You\'ll AchieveAs an Process Development Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for determining operations required for assembly and test of products by reviewing specifications and other engineering data, and developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequences, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. You will work with ODM manufacturing partners and cross-functional engineering teams on factory readiness, process optimization, capacity expansion, and new product introduction projects .You will:- Develop, qualify, and implement manufacturing processes for the assembly, test, and integration of hardware products at ODM partner facilities- Drive accountability with ODM manufacturing partners for the execution of approved capital projects, equipment i capital equipment proposals, tooling investments, and factory capacity plans, ensuring alignment with business requirements, cost targets, schedules, and return-on-investment objectives- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity through collaboration with ODM operational and engineering teams- Analyze manufacturing performance data and identify opportunities to optimize production flow, equipment utilization, cy
