What You Will Do:
Your day-to-day:
Tier 1 Help Desk Support Tier 1, Desktop Support, hand holding a User Base by yourself as sole Help Desk Support
Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, conference room, Zoom / Teams support.
Ticketing Management System experience
Addressing High Volume of tickets
Hybrid Active Directory: Password resets, account unlocks, and access management .
Supporting Office 365 apps, Active Directory,
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
*** Providing White Glove service to High Touch employees and executives !
Must-Haves
1+ years Tier 1 Help Desk experience.
O365 experience
Solid hardware & software troubleshooting skills.
Ticketing systems
Knowledge of basic networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP .
Experience with Citrix. Knowledge of Cisco Meraki switches & Cisco firewalls.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Tier 1 help desk, service desk, or desktop support.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience handling service desk tickets in a structured ticket management system.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across end-user devices.
Familiarity with Active Directory tasks such as account support and password assistance.
Understanding of basic networking concepts and common connectivity troubleshooting steps.
Strong communication skills with the patience to support high-volume, non-technical users.
Exposure to tools or environments such as Azure, Citrix, or Cisco networking equipment is a plus.
