This role requires an advanced knowledge of various documentation processes, business system architecture and associated technologies, advanced skills in data organization and analysis, problem solving, systems documentation and report writing as applied within assigned system(s). Additionally, this role requires skills in functional leadership and cross communication between functional user and technical groups, the ability to manage work on multiple projects with competing priorities, effective analytical and presentation skills, excellent organization, time management skills, and professionalism.

1: Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex Salesforce issues.
2: Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including use of cross‑filters and custom report types.
3: Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as: - Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows
4: Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.
5: Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.
6: Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.
