We are looking for a SFMC Technical Lead for our client in New York City, NY
Job Title: SFMC Technical Lead
Job Location: New York City, NY
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $85hr - $90hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Strong expertise across SFMC modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Push, Mobile Connect, Interaction Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Data Extensions, CloudPages, and Intelligence Reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Working knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of SFMC data architecture and relational data models.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

  • Experience leading complex SFMC implementations in enterprise or agency environments.
  • Experience designing scalable and maintainable marketing automation solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, client-facing teams.
  • Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SFMC configurations and builds.
  • Drive architectural decisions related to data structure, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Design and optimize SFMC data architecture and relational data models.
  • Build and manage lifecycle, triggered, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Support integrations using Marketing Cloud Connect and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions.
  • Establish and enforce implementation standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members.

Should have:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Administrator, Email Specialist, Developer, or Consultant).
  • Experience in agency or consulting environments.
  • Strong documentation and governance practices.

Skills:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and architecture.
  • Data modeling and segmentation strategies.
  • SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Campaign orchestration and automation.
  • Problem-solving and technical decision-making.
  • Communication and leadership skills.

Qualification and Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
