precision-guided systems used globally to support the defense needs of the United States and allied nations. The team is actively building capability to meet increasing program demands across multiple platforms.
We are looking for experienced software engineers to collaborate with a
multi-disciplinary engineering team in designing and developing high-reliability software solutions for real-time embedded systems.
Engineers in this role contribute across
all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, integration, testing, and sustainment.

- Development of real-time embedded software applications
- Creation of software models and simulations
- Deployment of DevOps methodologies and development environments
- Development of support tools and applications
- Maintenance of software configurations and Agile development processes

Position Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multi-discipline engineering team to design and implement Operational Flight Program (OFP) software solutions
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an Agile environment
- Develop software solutions using Ada, C#, and Python
- Perform unit-level testing and support system-level testing to ensure software functionality
- Analyze problem reports and troubleshoot software defects
- Continuously develop technical and leadership skills

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)- 3+ years of experience in real-time embedded software development
- 3+ years of experience applying object-oriented programming principles
- 3+ years of experience working in a team-based engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with Ada, Python, and/or C#
- Experience in an Agile software development environment
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
- Experience developing, managing, and tracing software requirements
