Summary
Location: TX/Frisco
Contract – 3 Months
- Define and maintain enterprise DevOps architecture standards and roadmaps.
- Design target-state architectures for DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, GitOps, developer experience, and platform engineering.
- Partner with Enterprise, Solution, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, network, and Data Architects to align technology strategies.
- Lead architecture reviews, governance boards, and technical decision-making processes.
- Design cloud-native deployment models utilizing containers, Kubernetes, and managed platform services.
- DevOps Toolchain Migration
- Architect and lead complex migrations involving: GitHub Enterprise, GitLab Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Argo CD Enterprise, RunDeck, Slack, Jira, Confluence
- Develop migration frameworks, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and governance controls.
- Design repository, pipeline, artifact, and configuration migration strategies.
- Tools Data Migration
- Lead platform data migration initiatives involving: Repository migration, CI/CD pipeline migration, Work item migration, Wiki and documentation migration, Artifact and package migration, User, permission, and security model migration, Historical reporting and audit data migration
- Database Migration Architecture
- Develop database migration and modernization strategies for: PostgreSQL, Azure SQL,Enterprise relational databases
- Lead cloud migration initiatives involving: On-premises to cloud migrations, Database consolidation, Performance optimization, High availability and disaster recovery architectures, Data validation and reconciliation
