Job Details
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong background in manufacturing process development, tooling design, and production optimization.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD modeling and engineering documentation.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T.
  • Experience using statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools such as thermocouples, laser thermometers, calipers, and micrometers.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Syteline preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams.
