Business Analyst with Pega experience at a company like would likely be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and working with Pega systems to develop and implement solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and potentially other business analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects.
Process Modeling: Mapping and analyzing business processes using techniques like value stream mapping and BPMN.
Solution Design: Collaborating with system architects and developers to design Pega-based solutions that meet business needs.
Pega Application Development: Potentially involved in the development of Pega applications, leveraging knowledge of Pega rules, data models, and user interface design.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Participating in testing efforts to ensure the quality and functionality of Pega applications.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management.
Agile Methodologies: Working within Agile development frameworks, contributing to sprints, and participating in daily stand-ups.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for Pega applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.

Skills and Experience:
Pega Expertise: Hands-on experience with Pega Platform, including case management, business rules, user interface design, and data modeling.
Business Analysis Skills: Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements, conduct process analysis, and develop solutions.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and potentially cloud technologies and containerization.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Agile/Waterfall: Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
