Position Summary: EdPlus is seeking a highly capable Senior Salesforce System Administrator to support and advance a large, complex Salesforce ecosystem serving recruitment and enrollment stakeholders across the university. This role is a senior individual contributor reporting directly to Salesforce leadership. The position is hands-on and execution-focused, with primary responsibility for declarative configuration, backlog and ticket execution, and day-to-day system enhancement. The Senior Salesforce System Administrator partners closely with stakeholders, provides informed advisory guidance, and independently drives assigned work forward by setting a strong standard for quality, reliability, and follow-through. This is a stable, hybrid university role with consistent demand, meaningful responsibility, and clear expectations for output and ownership.

Essential Duties:
β Salesforce System Administration and Configuration:
β Serve as a senior administrator responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce functionality in support of recruitment and enrollment operations.
β Maintain and improve automation, data stewardship processes, and overall system reliability in an environment with ongoing demand and a sizable backlog.
β Adhere to university policies, security standards, and Salesforce best practices.
β Solution Design and Delivery:
β Design and implement scalable, maintainable declarative solutions aligned with business needs, platform best practices, and long-term sustainability.
β Translate complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions, asking thoughtful questions and providing clear recommendations on feasibility, tradeoffs, and approach.
β Own assigned projects and enhancements from intake through delivery, exercising sound judgment and coordinating with other Salesforce team members and stakeholders as appropriate.
β Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration:
β Act as a trusted partner to front-line recruitment teams, enrollment leadership, data, and marketing stakeholders.
β Contribute to the ongoing expansion of recruitment use cases into an established Salesforce environment.
β Data Management & Quality:
β Support data quality efforts including deduplication, data hygiene, and selective use of ETL tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and DemandTools.
β Documentation & Release Management:
β Maintain system and process documentation in alignment with university standards and team practices.
β Participate in release activities and deployments, including occasional after-hours work as required.
β General Responsibilities:
β Assume other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

Required Qualifications: β Bachelor''s degree in a related field.
β Minimum of four (4) years of experience administering Salesforce in a production environment.
β Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud is strongly preferred.
β Proven expertise in declarative Salesforce development, including configuration, automation, reporting, dashboards, and user management.
β Experience designing and maintaining data models with attention to relationships, reporting needs, and data integrity.
β Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
β Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
β Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide informed guidance.

β Salesforce Platform Administrator II
β Salesforce Platform App Builder
Preferred Qualifications: β Experience supporting Salesforce in a higher education, enrollment, admissions, or recruitment context.
β Experience working in Salesforce environments serving approximately 500 users or more.
β Experience partnering with data, analytics, or marketing teams within Salesforce ecosystems.
β Basic knowledge of SOQL, Apex, or Lightning components.
β Experience contributing to large-scale Salesforce initiatives or phased system expansions.
