Position: ANALYTICS SPECIALIST – CAPABILITY LIFECYCLE (ENGINEERING)

Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain analytic products providing insight into requirements definition, maturity, completeness, and alignment across the capability lifecycle.
· Support decomposition and structuring of complex system and capability requirements to enable analytics, traceability, and decision support.
· Develop reports assessing traceability between requirements, architectures, capabilities, verification artifacts, and delivery outcomes.
· Integrate engineering and requirements data from multiple sources to enable unified analysis and reporting.
· Support configuration management and change control by tracking requirement baselines, version history, change impacts, and configuration status.
· Define, calculate, and maintain metrics for requirements quality, engineering progress, technical risk, and delivery readiness.
· Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate engineering status, risks, and trends to stakeholders.
· Correlate engineering data with programmatic, schedule, and risk data to support holistic capability lifecycle analysis.
· Perform validation, consistency checks, and quality assurance on engineering and requirements data.
· Produce analytic products supporting engineering reviews, design trade-offs, technical governance, and capability assurance.
· Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts, program managers, and stakeholders to capture analytic requirements.
· Identify opportunities to automate analytics, reporting, and data preparation workflows.
· Support configuration and effective use of analytics tools and engineering workflows.
· Develop and maintain documentation describing analytic logic, data sources, assumptions, and limitations.
· Deliver training, user guides, and ad hoc support for effective adoption of analytics products.
· Support requirements-based planning, capability development, verification, validation, and delivery assurance.
· Provide ongoing analytic support and troubleshooting for reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 8+ years experience in requirements engineering, systems analysis, or engineering analytics supporting complex technical systems in regulated or defense-related environments.
· Expertise in requirements lifecycle management, including capture, decomposition, traceability, validation, and verification.
· Experience developing analytics, metrics, and visualizations to support engineering decision-making.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
· Experience integrating engineering and requirements data from multiple sources to enable traceability and reporting.
· Experience supporting configuration management, baselining, version control, and compliance with organizational or regulatory standards.
· Experience supporting full systems or software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, system design, testing, verification, and deployment.
· Proficiency in business intelligence or analytics tools for translating engineering data into actionable insights.
· Experience operating in secure or classified environments with adherence to data protection and access control requirements.
· Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to produce actionable engineering analytics.
· Active security clearance (NATO or National SECRET) required.
· Proficiency in English (STANAG 6001 SLP 3333 or equivalent).
· Strong oral and written communication skills, including briefing stakeholders.
