Strategy & Governance
Define and own the performance testing strategy and framework for the entire Digital Banking program (Web/Mobile, Middleware, Core Banking).
Establish program-wide SLAs/KPIs (e.g., response time, throughput, concurrency, TPS, latency, error rates) aligned with business & regulatory commitments.
Set up governance processes for workload modeling, test data management, environment readiness, and defect triage.
Ensure end-to-end coverage across channels (DEP web/mobile) $B"(B MuleSoft APIs $B"(B T24 transactions.
Build and maintain performance risk register to track program-level risks and mitigation actions.
Program Orchestration
Coordinate performance test planning and execution across multiple agile workstreams and vendor teams.
Drive integration of performance testing into release planning, ensuring coverage of major features, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
Align with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Application teams on scalability planning, capacity needs, and performance tuning.
Establish and oversee performance monitoring dashboards and observability standards for production-like validation.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of accountability for all performance testing activities across the Digital Banking program.
Provide executive-level reporting (dashboards, heatmaps, trend analysis) on system readiness and bottlenecks.
Manage dependencies between frontend (DEP), middleware (MuleSoft), and backend (T24) teams to ensure coordinated performance improvements.
Mentor and guide Performance Test Leads/Engineers across streams; define best practices, frameworks, and reusable accelerators.
Facilitate Executive level reviews for critical performance test results and capacity planning outcomes.
Execution Oversight
Oversee design and execution of load, stress, endurance, and failover tests using JMeter, Selenium, Appium.
Ensure test data provisioning at program scale for realistic, high-volume multi-channel workloads.
Direct root cause analysis of systemic bottlenecks and drive resolution across multiple teams (e.g., MuleSoft VM tuning, T24 DB performance, mobile app rendering issues).
Ensure non-functional regression testing is embedded into every release
