Summary

Location: Columbus, OH
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Core Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Lead the development, testing, and implementation of high-performance .NET code.
Database Administration: Manage and optimize complex data environments across SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle.
Systems Infrastructure: Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware/software supporting server administration, SAN (Storage Area Network), and network connectivity.
Technical Leadership: Act as a Lead Developer, responsible for conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior development staff.
Operational Continuity: Administer systems to ensure information security, telecommunications stability, and business continuity.

Required Experience & Skills

.NET Development: 10+ years of experience in development, testing, and implementation.
Database Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle.
Leadership: 2+ years of experience in a Lead Developer capacity (code reviews and mentoring).
Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work both independently and collectively within a high-functioning team.
