Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP Ariba solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to optimize source-to-pay processes and ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP Ariba solutions based on business and procurement requirements.
• Work on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including sourcing, contracting, procurement, supplier management, and invoicing.
• Configure and support Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and translate business requirements into SAP Ariba solutions.
• Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Work with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) for integration between Ariba and SAP backend systems.
• Support integration involving SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, web services, and other middleware technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot master data and transactional data integration, including suppliers, materials, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Analyze production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Work with business users to provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with SAP MM, Finance, Accounts Payable, and other functional teams.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba implementations and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
• Good understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba CIG.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier management processes.
• Experience with Ariba master data and transactional data.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP Ariba testing, deployment, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement / SAP MM.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
• Knowledge of Ariba APIs and web services.
• Experience with SAP Business Network.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration using XML, cXML, IDocs, APIs, and related technologies.
• SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
• Experience working in large enterprise/global implementations.

Experience

• 7+ years of overall SAP experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience preferred.
• At least 2+ full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations or significant Ariba implementation/support experience.
