SAP EWM Consultant / Lead – Spanish Speaking

We are looking for a senior SAP EWM Consultant / Lead to support an S/4HANA EWM deployment for a global client. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and a large offshore delivery team based in India, following an existing S/4 template.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP EWM implementation activities as part of an ERP / S/4HANA deployment.

• Drive end-to-end EWM processes including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, and inventory management.

• Work with the offshore team to adapt and deploy the existing S/4 template to local business requirements.

• Participate in workshops, design reviews, testing, and go-live activities.

• Provide functional guidance, issue resolution, and business support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as the main point of contact for EWM-related topics for local stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM in S/4HANA or ERP implementations.

• Solid understanding of warehouse business processes.

• Fluent Spanish is mandatory.

• Experience working with offshore delivery teams (India preferred).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing and able to travel to the Dominican Republic up to 50%.

• Previous experience in global rollouts.
