Job Description:
Strong end to end project implementation experience in:
SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
S4HANA HR Payroll related components
Proven experience implementing integrations between:
EC ECP
EC S4HANA
ECP S4HANA
Deep functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time, and organizational structures.
Strong experience in data migration and conversion activities (mapping, transformation, validation).
Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into implementation-ready functional designs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and execute project-based implementations, ensuring delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle.
Conduct requirement workshops, finalize solution design, and prepare blueprint documentation.
Perform system configuration, build, testing, and integration setup for EC, ECP, and S4HANA.
Own and execute the integration implementation, including design, mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
Drive data migration throughout the project:
Data collection
Mapping
Mock loads
Data validation
Final cutover load
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strong client facing skills with the ability to lead workshops and drive project discussions.
Proven ability to work in a project delivery environment with deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
Strong documentation and planning skills for managing project tasks and dependencies.
Ability to independently manage workstreams, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
Experience leading consultants or guiding junior team members during implementation phases.
Highly proactive, execution focused, and delivery oriented mindset.
