Quality Laboratory TechnicianLocation: Maple Grove, MN (Arbor Lakes - Onsite)
Pay Rate: $31.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Quality Laboratory Technician to join a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role supports laboratory testing, quality assurance, product inspections, and documentation activities to help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality products. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with laboratory experience, analytical testing skills, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory and particulate testing following established procedures.
- Collect, analyze, document, and report test results accurately.
- Maintain laboratory records, data files, and quality documentation.
- Support troubleshooting, product investigations, and failure analysis activities.
- Assist with corrective action, continuous improvement, and quality projects.
- Prepare reports, documentation updates, and change requests.
- Support product and process qualification activities.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to communicate findings and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years of related laboratory or quality experience.
- Hands-on laboratory skills including weighing, pipetting, measurements, and data collection.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Experience in medical device, manufacturing, quality, chemistry, or biology environments is preferred.
