Power BI Lead with Microsoft Fabric

• The Power BI Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Power BI solutions including data ingestion, modeling, visualization, and governance.
• The role involves designing scalable analytics solutions, establishing best practices, and enabling enterprise reporting and insights using Microsoft Fabric and the broader Azure ecosystem.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 8 12 years of experience in Data Analytics with strong Power BI leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, report design, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture including medallion architecture and lakehouse concepts.
• Experience with Azure Data Services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and ADLS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools.
• Experience implementing data governance, security, and Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI/Fabric.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience:

• 8 12 years in Data Analytics with leadership responsibilities in Power BI solutions.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric implementations preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Power BI solutions including ingestion, modeling, visualization, and governance.
• Design and develop optimized Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards aligned with business needs.
• Establish best practices for data modeling, star schema design, DAX optimization, and performance tuning.
• Drive data governance, security, and compliance using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to build scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure integration of Power BI with Azure ecosystem including Synapse and Fabric pipelines.
• Provide executive-level insights through storytelling and data visualization.

Should Have:

• Experience with enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric implementations.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data science workloads in Fabric.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, DP-600, or Fabric certifications.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
