Job Description:              

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain insprint automated test scripts for UI API and integration testing
• Align test scripts with acceptance criteria and user stories
• Execute automated tests log defects with detailed reproduction steps and support defect triage
• Create and manage test data and environment configurations for automation
• Identify and maintain reusable scripts for systemlevel and regression testing
• Contribute to the automation regression suite and maintain automation assets
• Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues efficiently
• Follow automation best practices and participate in peer reviews
• Prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix RTM
• Support manual testing efforts when required including test planning execution and reporting
• Track and report QA metrics such as defect rates test coverage and productivity

Required Skills  Experience

• 13 years of experience in Guidewire functional and automation testing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guidewire policy center projects
• Handson experience with typescript automation tools such as Playwright Taiko or JavaScript based frameworks such as Cypress Selenium
• Hands on experience in Programming based Test Automation toolset and should be part of Test Design for minimum of 2 Years
• Hands on Experience in working with Git Repository
• Independently handle Test Code issue resolution updates  Debugging
• Exposure to QA lifecycle tools such as HP ALM JIRA or equivalent
• Understanding of defect lifecycle management and test standards
• Experience in test effort estimation and metrics reporting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge on CI /CD
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Karate Postman or RestAssured

Preferred Skills Nice to Have

• Exposure to unit testing and mobile testing
• Experience in improving test coverage and test strategy
• Familiarity with performance testing tools  CICD tools should be good
