Pega Business Architect

Required Skills:

Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA or PCSBA) with strong Pega BA experience; certification and multi year experience are typically required for lead roles.
Proven experience leading multi team Pega delivery efforts, including developers, analysts, and integrators.
Strong understanding of Pega methodologies, case lifecycle design, rules, data types, integrations, decision management, Pega Blueprint and Pega App Studio usage.
Demonstrated experience managing requirements across the full SDLC and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to business users and vice versa.
