M365 Engineer - 67399
Pay Range - $42 - $45/hr
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position M365 Engineer to work in Palm Beach Gardens, FL OR Plantation, FL on Onsite basis.
Project Details:
They'd be working with NEE Bus to help them create agents as needed. They're offering AI training company wide, but people will need help around what their use cases are, if they're viable, etc. helping them architect solutions, guide them, etc.
This team works primarily on the operations side but their team looks to them to get started on the agent copilot work. They want to create agents, tools, and flows in the backend. This is still low code/no code, which requires minimum training and some coding knowledge. Needs someone with experience with fundamentals in power platform/ how to create agents/ working with users/ troubleshooting in MS.
Not all agents being built will be large projects- people want to use agents for their small manual things- as of today they have 3-4 consulting calls in a week and they want to offload this to this resource. Want to evaluate new features coming in and create a process around this.
Must Haves
1. Strong foundational understanding in M365
2. Power platform admin + developer skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Proficiency:
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on M365 projects, including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Serve as the technical lead, overseeing project development, ensuring adherence to best practices, and addressing technical challenges.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable M365 solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Problem Solving:

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot.
- Strong understanding of M365 architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in M365 or Power Platform technologies.
- Experience with Azure and other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and SQL.
- Experience with low-code development methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
