Summary
Scrum Master, Sr. - Hybrid NYC
The Scrum Master will support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in agile delivery of employee-facing AI, producvitiy, and workplace technology solutions.
The role will:
-Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospecitves;
-Identify and remove impediments
-Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies
-Help the team maintain focus on prioritized outcomes
-Support continuous improvement
The Scrum Master will partner closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined, transparent, and progressing toward measurable employee and business value.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have ability to use agile metrics Agile experience experience with agile delivery tools scrum master experience strong facilitation and communication skills strong organization and prioritization skills
Nice To Have
experience in a product-oriented Agile environment experience with AI, automation, or digital workplace initiatives experience with cross-functional technology teams Scrum/Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
