Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer or similar technical role.
Strong programming experience in one or more modern languages such as C#, Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience designing and building scalable applications, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native services.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and modern platform engineering practices.
Experience developing internal platforms, frameworks, libraries, or tooling that improve developer productivity and engineering efficiency.
Familiarity with API management, gateway technologies, secrets management, and infrastructure tooling.
Experience working with large-scale data platforms, ETL pipelines, or high-volume data processing environments is a plus.
Strong interest in AI-enabled engineering, workflow automation, and modern software delivery practices.
Demonstrated technical leadership through complex projects, platform initiatives, or cross-team engineering efforts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
