Job Title: SAP SD & CRM Functional Consultant
Job Type: Contract (Remote)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD & CRM Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP CRM modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize sales and customer relationship management processes, ensuring efficient system performance and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP CRM modules
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Configure and optimize sales, order management, and customer management processes
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and system defects
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and updates
• Drive continuous improvements in sales and CRM processes

Required Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD
• Strong functional experience in SAP CRM
• Proven experience in configuration and support of SAP SD and CRM modules
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional design
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in testing, deployment, and support activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
