Role Overview :
Factspan Inc is seeking a seasoned Program Manager – Enterprise Identity Resolution & Customer 360 Transformation to lead large-scale enterprise modernization programs focused on Customer Identity Resolution (IDR), CDP transformation, enterprise customer data migration and Customer 360 enablement.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience driving:

β Cross-functional enterprise delivery across Martech, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Customer platforms
This role requires strong leadership across enterprise governance, delivery execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and large-scale coordination across business and technology organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Transformation Delivery:
β Lead enterprise-scale IDR and Customer 360 transformation programs
β Drive multi-year enterprise migration initiatives involving customer identity modernization
β Manage end-to-end delivery across Identity Resolution, Data Foundation, Martech, Analytics, and Consumer workstreams
β Build integrated program plans covering discovery, architecture, engineering, validation, cutover, and hypercare
β Drive enterprise-wide coordination for migration from legacy identity ecosystems to modern CDP platforms
Identity Resolution & CDP Governance
β Lead governance for deterministic and probabilistic identity graph implementations
β Coordinate customer identity graph validation, tuning, and certification activities
β Manage dependencies across customer profile stitching, identity rules, customer linkage, and downstream integrations
β Ensure alignment between enterprise data architecture, customer data governance, and Martech platforms
β Drive customer identity quality, validation, and bias measurement governance
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
β Partner with enterprise architecture, Martech, Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Operations leadership
β Lead executive steering committees, PMO reviews, dependency governance, and delivery reviews
β Serve as the single point of accountability for enterprise delivery alignment
β Coordinate across onsite, offshore, vendor, and platform teams including CDP vendors and system integrators
Risk, Cutover & Operational Readiness
β Manage enterprise delivery risks, dependency blockers, and cutover readiness
β Lead migration planning, consumer onboarding, and rollout governance
β Ensure structured validation, UAT coordination, production readiness, and hypercare execution
β Align delivery milestones with retail business calendars, campaign cycles, and peak season readiness
Tracking, Reporting & Financial Governance
β Drive executive reporting, milestone tracking, dependency dashboards, and risk registers
β Partner with PMO and Finance teams for budgeting, forecasts, and vendor governance
β Manage large-scale program financials, delivery forecasts, and resource planning for $10M+ programs
Required Skills & Experience :
Core Program Management
β 12+ years of enterprise program management experience
β Proven experience managing $10M+ enterprise transformation programs
β Strong experience leading multi-pod, multi-vendor delivery organizations
β Expertise in enterprise governance, PMO management, and executive communication
Identity Resolution & Customer Data Expertise
β Strong experience with enterprise Identity Resolution (IDR) programs
β Experience implementing large-scale Customer 360 solutions
β Deep understanding of deterministic and probabilistic identity graphs
β Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

Retail & Martech Expertise
β Retail or e-commerce enterprise experience

β Experience supporting customer data migrations and enterprise customer platforms
Technical Understanding
Strong understanding of:
